Complete Crankshaft Assemblies

Truett & Osborn can supply
a complete crankshaft assembly for all Big Twin OHV models from 1936-1999.
This includes the flywheels (any stroke), H-beam style rods fit with
bearings/cages to Jims crankpin, Jims sprocket and pinion shafts, assembly and
dynamic balancing, It will come all assembled, balanced, and trued, ready to
install in cases. Pistons are not included, but we will need the weight of
the pistons, rings, wristpins, and keepers for balancing purposes.
Price for complete assembly is $995.00.
Now Offering 1986-Up EVO "3-Piece" Flywheel Assembly Repair

These Pictures Show the Right (Pinion Side) Flywheel after the
Damaged "Integrated" Pinion Shaft has been removed and a hole bored, tapered and
keyed to accept Harley-Davidson, Jim's Machining, or other aftermarket shafts.

This Picture shows the same right side flywheel with a Jim's
pinion shaft installed.
Moral to this story.....You no longer have to "throw away" your 3-Piece flywheel
assembly when you damage either the pinion or drive shafts. This is a very
economical option... You can avoid the cost of purchasing new flywheels and
dynamic balancing...... Just send us your damaged half (or entire Crank
Assembly) and we will fix it right. If you send your entire crank assembly, and
purchase your required shaft(s) from us..... We will assemble and true it for
free.
